Service my 801 for the first time

Just bought a ford 801 diesel and it has not been serviced since 2008 I need to know what is the best oil to use for this I believe Napa auto parts can get me my oil and fuel filter
 
If it has power steering, change the PS oil and the filter inside the resevoir.

The filter probably hasn't been changed in decades.

yeah I'm sure it has not been changed although the last owner has messed with the power steering because it recently stopped working
