As many of you know, I cut a lot of firewood and have a 3pt hitch woodsplitter with a gin pole and winch on it, which I have always mounted to my Kubota B2150 tractor.
I like to cut my fire wood in the summer, rather than in the winter. My Kubota has to multitask all summer, I have to keep mounting and demounting the belley mower and the FEL. Gets to be a PIA.
My 440 was sold new as a HWY mower tractor. No 3pt, no PTO and no HYDs. A fellow YTr made me a deal on factory hyds which worked out great.
With the front 3pt hitch now on the 440, which mounts directly on the existing Myers snow plow frame, I can now leave the mower on the Kubota all summer. Also now with the splitter on the 440, front, I can hook the dump trailer to the rear and save a trip back to the house to get that. It will be nice to go to the woods in the morning and come home in the afternoon with 1.25 full cord of wood ready to stack into the woodshed on the trailer.
The last three pics were taken last summer.

PS--- the 3pt and the gin pole on the splitter were all built from Kubota shipping crates.
