needing 115 v motor wiring info

I have a small GE model # 5k6p10h6195ax 115 v motor it has 3 wires yellow, blue, red, and a stud on the side of the motor. Anyone know how this should be wired? Thanks for any help.

Using an ohm meter the main run windings will have much lower resistance than the start windings. The start windings will also be connected through the centrifugal switch.
