(quoted from post at 10:19:33 01/27/15) So a guy brings me a wood splitter that has the hyd pump mounted to the flywheel ed of the engine but it spins it the wrong way. So if I turn the engine around so it is driven from the cranks shaft end of the engine will that reverse the direction that the pump spins??
(quoted from post at 10:34:58 01/27/15) That is what I thought so now I get to spin the engine around and figure out how to make coupler for it
(quoted from post at 20:50:39 01/27/15) The problem is, is that it is now mounted at the front which on a lawn tractor type engine which this is, is the front. Engine is off a Cub Cadet lawn tractor
(quoted from post at 22:06:04 01/27/15) Yep I have a torch but hate to use that so close to an engine and a fuel tank. Been thinking about just splitting it with a angle grinder
