Can you use Rug Shampooer on cement floors ?

I found a Bissell 7901-1 Carpet Shampooer, Will that work on painted concrete floors ? Thanks

I would like a machine that would scrub the flow and pick up dirty water and then rinse and pick up water. Have a bad shoulder and hard to use a mop. thanks

depends on how worn down are the brissels/brushes. Otherwise.. yes... Most carpets sit on a pad and then the concrete floor.

A electric scrubber and shop vac work better. Don't know why shop vacs don't have a wide narrow nozzel, had to make one. Shampooer will work but I like to soak and scrub the floor a little longer.

We have a huge one at work they do that with. Similar to what grocery stores use.

Sure. Commercial machines have huge disk about 30 inches across and very tough bristles. You can get new brushes at a vacuum repair place for not too much. Splash plenty of soapy water all over the place and have a ball. Use you shop vac with a floor pickup head and your done.
