this is my tool a printer dell v515w it will not actually print the pages, says it does copies ,scans fine but when ask to print the page is always blank. i have tried everything except throw it in the burn barrel. last hope is replace ink cartridge,but it scans copies fine so that should not be the problem.me stumped.

Do you mean it prints pages you scan but will not print from other sources, such as printing a document you have created? If it prints at all, then it's obviously not the ink cartridge. Conversely, nothing else it can do besides print can prove that the ink cartridge is any good.

I encountered a similar problem one time after Firefox did an update. I had to uninstall Firefox, and then download and install an older version.
 
Your post states you can copy, thus I assume all of the color cartridges have ink in them.

I would delete the print driver and reload it from the following link: www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/dell-v515w. I would also check your wireless connection to make sure your pc can find your printer on your network.
 
Without looking up the printer, is it a wireless or is it wired? Does it output a blank page when you tell it to print? Is it your default printer on your computer? Has your computer recently installed some updates? Mine updated today and turned the wireless off. Does it print on a page what you scan or is it going to your computer? Was not 100% clear to me.
 
could you be working offline? I don't know if that makes a difference.i hit the "work offline" button once,really messed me up. good luck!
