Must be the store closest to you Len. When I open the link it doesn't say, " no longer available"

I saw the same light in either Rual King , or Big R add this week ,but bought it at Lowes in Michigan City. There were several more on shelf. I have not tried it on 12 volts yet but would make a great light when broket down in the field the 12 volt cord looks to be about 15 feet. joe

speaking of lites, when I go to HomeDepot for stuff at work for a job, I usually pick up a small tool that the shop can use. (We go through a lot of phillips bits, screwdrivers get lost, etc.) Anyway, yesterday I grabbed a mini mag-light just before the checkout lane. Opened it at my desk, noticed it said "Ultra brite". thought to myself, how bright can it be? (didn't realize it was LED) and I twisted it on while looking at it. Yowzers, darn near blinded me. I turned it off, pointed it at the guy in the cubicle next to me and said look how bright this is. He darn near fell out of his chair. I took it to the shop and while walking down the hall pointed it into conference rooms where meetings were going on. Guys with their backs to the windows laughed as the guys across from them lit up like the sun. Now, lots of guys in the shop have LED flashlights and I've got several at home including a head mounted set, but this looked like an ordinary xenon mini-mag and boy was it bright.

I have a similar light and use it with a small inverter that plugs into the cigarette lighter. Works very well, just like yours does.

That was in just what the link Joe posted came up with and I know he is in northwest Indiana but have no idea what section of the country that add was for. I just found out this morning the AEP electricity rebate on things is being removed from some stores.

Bought one of those last week at Lowes. I modified it by bolting a spring clamp to the bracket so I can clamp it to the railing on the pontoon boat. Went back this morning and bought 3 more one more for the boat and one for the shop and the other for a Christmas present for a friend. They had about a dozen left marked down to less than 20 dollars. I hooked the first one to a battery outside the shop just to see how long it would last. It was still bright after 24 hours and the battery was only down to 11 volts. Not a bad light for 20 bucks!
