Rusty tools

I have given to be a bunch of tools that are rusty including adjustable wrenches that no longer move. Any ideas on what to do? soak? or whatever?

Kroil to free them up. I've been using Evaporust. It works slow and doesn't penetrate but removes the rust nicely. Wire brush as much loose rust as you can then soak in it.

Soak them in Coca Cola , I couldn't believe the results I got . Two days in Coke cleaned really rusty sockets and handles so well that I put them to immediate use .
Does make you wonder what it does to your insides though

soak in wd 40 works to had a micrometer that got let outside for some time till someone spotted it soaked for a few weeks and rubbed it down and switched the fluid once in a while it works and is fairly clean to

I found Evaporust at AutoZone. I have only seen Kroil in one hardware store. They're having a special right now advertised in Farmer's Hotline. Two 13oz. spray cans for $14.50 plus $5 shipping, good deal, it's not cheap.
