What kind of stone will cut carbide in my 1/4" air die grinder ?

I think it is called carburundum.

Off the top of my head, i think it's aluminum oxide. Usually green in color. Better yet is diamond coated. Can get pricey, if you can find it for your application.

Silicon carbide wheels are for carbides. Green color. Or diamond wheels.
