What tools are on your Black Friday shopping list?

Got the Harbor Freight Black Friday flyer yesterday; didn't see anything that would interest me.

I'm there when they open the doors and out in 15 minutes to avoid the crowd that gets up later than I do.

The only place that I will go on black Friday is to the hunting camp and I go there the night before. My wife and daughter will be gone before daylight hitting the malls in Orlando. You couldn't drag me anywhere near there. If I need a certain tool I buy it online or from my local tool supplier or pick it up onsale any time other than black Friday. I know there will be some really good deals out there that day if you can stand the crowds I just can't do it anymore. I have gotten my wife to pick a few things for me while she out that day.

My wife drug me to the mall on a black friday. I would rather be back in combat. Than face a bunch of women looking for a sale.

Black Friday is a joke. If I can get something on sale and buy it on line I will do it. Retailers simply put out the ridiculously low prices and limit the number of items to get you in the store while making it almost impossible for you to get the item.

Sam's Club had a 60" tv on sale last year that I wanted for our conference room at the shop. Got all set to buy it on line which their website would allow. Logged on at 6:00am eastern and wouldn't you know it all sold out.

Happened to go to the store that day and they told me that they had them in stock until about 10:00 am. Ended up buying a better one on line from Costco.

Too many over the top people for me.

it's been five years since I've been in Walmart. And at least ten years for Target, and Kmart. it's been over twenty since I've been in any kind of mall.

When I tell people, their jaw drops to the floor. They can't believe anyone can go that long without Walmart.

I don't miss any of those stores.

Nowhere that sells things on Black Friday would have any tools I would use anyway.Harbor Freight I use for things like red rags , abrasives [ Made in Canada not China] and throwaway items like acid brushes , paint scraper. I used a Harbor Freight Spraygun last week for a paint project and although the gun atomized well the cup dripped almost ruining the paint when it landed on the part. Then the whole cap popped off. Cheap yes worked okay yes .Worth risking paint that you have work into ,no way.The best time for H-F is the parking lot tent sale which has passed.

I'll be shoppin(and sellin) here.Don't have to wait till spring this time.

I've used HF spray guns for years, never had a problem with the cups.

HF also sells disposable paint cups. They've worked good, too.

The only thing I don't use HF spray guns for is the final coat of clear coat.
