What's your opinion of this meter? Good or bad? I have meters that can measure everything else, just don't have a meter that measures both capacitors or frequency. No it's not a fluke or simpson. However, it's not the price of a simpson or fluke. Don't care to spend the money to buy a fluke or simpson either. Anyone have one?

Craftsman has an ampclamp that does 400 amps AC or DC, temperate, capacitance, freq, temp, and the rest for $59.99.

For $109.99, the amp rating is 800 amp and the temp probe is included

Thanks, that sounds better too. It says it comes with a thermocouple, which is a temp probe I think.

What would you use the frequency meter function for other than to check the output of a generator?
