IR Gyro-Flow GRB-125 Air Sep Filter

So I was running my compressor tonight and after a few hours i start to get oil in the air and not just a little bit. So I guess the filter must be bad... Has anyone found a source or a possible replacement for it? My parts book say the item number is 2H16478T.

Any help???

I don't know where your located, but I've had good luck with Compressed Air Syatems((in Salisbury NC)), on several occasions, finding separator elements for two different brands of compressors. Click on the first link for their site.

The second link is a place in Lincolnton, NC. I haven't bought anything directly from them, but have a good customer that recently got one through them, that wasn't available elsewhere without a long wait, a lot faster than any of the other places could. I believe they make them onsite and can custom make one for you if a standard one isn't available.

Does that separator have an oil scavenge tube?
If it does, make sure it is not plugged and
is all the way down.

It does have a oil scavenge tube. At least i assume that is what it is. There is a tube attached to the end of the oil tank that leads back to section where the vanes are. It would appear that it is for sucking out excess oil.
