Boss's son worked on my computer. Now I get pop up ads on ytmag and some other sites. Ads by allday savings. Have three of them show up everytime I change a page. Never see the completed ad because it says internet explorer cannot display page. Went to tools on IE and pop up ads are disabled. What else do I need to do? This is about to drive me nuts.

Go to control panel>programs and features and find if anything was installed on the date he worked on it. If it is something you don't recognize, remove it.

Down load Malwarebytes Antimalware. Install and run it. That should take care of the problem.

Change your search engine to Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. I use Firefox most of the time,and it has lots of HELP pages to help solve problems you might encounter

Try to do a system restore. should be in Programs under system tools. Restore to a date before your problem started. Should uninstall any programs installed after that date.
