'89 E-150 van

I have an '89 E-150 Ford Van.
I got rear ended a few weeks ago, it bent the step bumper and bent the right frame back to the body mount. I blocked the body up and removed the two rubber body mounts so I could heat the frame to straighten it.
The large steel washers that are part of body mounts are rusted away.
Question what size are they, how many are there, and how are arranged?

Thanks,
Dusty

Do you know if they are the same as on the trucks? If so, I can check them out tomorrow for you and get some dimensions.

I don't know if they are the same as pick-ups.
I'm more interested in what they are and how they are placed.
The existing ones are rusted away.
From the size of the hole in the frame, I would guess that there is a large fender type washer above and below the frame with a large bushing type one in the frame.
The hole in the top flange of the frame almost takes up/away the hole flange.

I am attaching a couple pics. Let me know if it is like either one and I will get you some dimensions from them.

Morgan, mine is different than the one in the pictures.
I'm kind of doing it my way. Right or wrong, I think that it will work good enough for this old rusty van.

Thank You for trying.

Ok, I didn't know if they would be the same or not. Good luck!
