OT stolen trailer

You should put in a better description with lots of details, like color, paint condition, mfg is known, anything to help id the trailer. The thief will change plates right away. Have any photos? Tom

Hopefully your trailer was insured.

I am told more and more that the cops do not care that your item was stolen, they just fill out the paperwork and you turn it into the ins. company. No investigating cause it would eat up their time.

I have a friend that came home from work 2 years ago and the utility trailer that was parked in front of his garage, 50 feet off the road was stolen, steel gates to a park a few miles from me were stolen 2 or 3 years ago, scrappers most likely. Aluminum siding off of home, gone. The older I get the more I realize that crooks are everywhere and you have to protect yourself.

These crooks have no respect for personal property.
Bums that get what they want and most of the
time they get away with it.

Check the police impound regularly. Fly by night roofing contractors steal them, load them with tearoff shingles and abandon them on the side of the road.

Brand new, black with les zeplin sticker on front. Sorry no pictures. It was my sisters. I'm just taking a shot hopeing someone sees it.

Do you realy think so Wile? So do I. Wife took flowers to her family plot 2 years ago where she discovered someone ruined her brother"s military marker trying to pry the brass plate off. It would certainly test a cop"s self control to find a military marker in a scrapper"s pocession.
Hell,I figure most scrappers would wear the plate out over the thief"s head.
I hope you get a lead on your sister"s trailer Ripintx.

My son 18 foot car hauler & yellow polaris 4 wheeler were stolen about 3 year ago from lee county texas never did find them.

About 6 months ago a friend had his trailer stolen at a sorting competition. Had his name painted on it; 3 pictures of it being pulled from the lot on security cameras. Locals who knew the truck identified the thiefs' truck to law enforcement. A couple weeks later my friend called the local sheriff to see what had ben done. The response? "We called his father and asked him to look around to see if his son had a stolen trailer."

Mid-Tenn., several county sheriffs have put warnings in their local newspapers. 3 or 4 trailers are taken each week in each county. It's an epidemic. Don't know what they can be doing with all of'em.
