Preventing new paint from sticking to weather-stripping

My wife recently painted the front door at a house which is standing vacant. The paint is semi-gloss latex. I have the door standing open a few inches but blocked so that it won't open further. The door closes against vinyl weather-stripping. I'd like to close the door now to use it normally, but my experience with new latex paint is that it will stick for quite a while when pressed against something. What can I put onto the front perimeter of the door or onto the weather-stripping to prevent this? I'm still working on the house, so the solution doesn't have to be permanent or presentable.

If it is a modern door and you have reason to think the door will stick to the weather strip you can pull the weather strip off until the paint is cured and then put it back. It just slips into a groove in the jamb. Normally with latex paint after a few hours you don't have a problem with blocking with any decent paint so I wouldn't worry about it.
