Hi guys, I'm putting together a fuel trailer I have a 500 gallon barrel that is going on to an ammonia tank running gear. I've shortened the gear so the mount centers are 80 inches, that's the shortest I could get it with out major fab work. Have some 4x4 square tube with 1/4 side wall. My question is if I make a rectangular frame out of this tube should I be worried if it's fully welded or should I make some gussets. The frame will be hard mounted in the rear and loose in the front to allow it flex. Any ideas or thoughts appreciated.
