Have recently bought an Aluminum Extension Ladder. Bought several attachments with the ladder. Spent several hundred dollars, & free shipping. The Company "Little Giant" out of Utah. They sent 3 items that arrived all in the same day at the local FedEx Ground hub. 2 of them are delivered, & the 3rd that was in the same truck scheduled for tomorrow... Meanwhile 2 days ago a new tracking number pops up on my computer for 1 item, & in the last 12 hours another 1 is added for 1 item waiting to leave Salt Lake City.
I called Little Giant to complain about all of these items being scattered out across the country. O.K. I understand something may need to be manufactured, backordered; But was told I would receive the shipment (to me that means everything) all at once, & in 10 - 13 days. Today is the 14th day, & over half of the 6, or 7 items are not even in the state yet! Total cost is $765.01, & they are treating me as though I was at Walmart buying the $50 Chinese garbage!
They said they had no control over the shipping once it leaves. I told them You certainly do... You can call them up, & say there is a customer who is aggrevated, & it threatens future business. then I told them I worked for FDX for 9 years, & unless things have changed its guaranteed On Time, or its free!!! I bet they get charges refunded, & me, just out of luck!
