Common thing in my local Farm and home place as well as the hardware store in town. I have always called them a pipe holder or clamp. I.E. used to hold pipe in place on a wall or under a house

Ya some times trying to find thing on a web site is a pain. That is why I check local stores before doing it on the web

It"s technically a two hole pipe clamp/strap. That said the ones your going to find available commercially are typically going to be way too light weight for your application of you actually need one as heavy as the one pictured.

That said, your best bet will be to get a piece of material of the right diameter to serve as a mandrel, and another piece the right width and make your own.

It might be a long shot, but try a Unistrut catalog. They have a lot of 1/4" thick fittings. Not sure about curved parts, but might be worth a shot. Kennel clamps might be a bit heavier than pipe clamps. Look up saddle clamps at Hoover Fence.

Too late but I was thinking of suggesting to look in the fence sections at local stores, just not sure if you would find 1/4' thick
