I ordered on line and had it shipped free to sears. Went there last night to pic up order. That was ugly because I paid for item with paypal. Sears wanted a pay# which paypal doesn't show. Took me forever to get order. I even got on line and show them I paid for it with paypal. Took over a half hour.
While there, a little girl pulled a cart full of returned craftman tools past me. I looked at them and said her, that's a lot of money there, what are you going to do with them? She said the screwdrivers will be sent back for a credit. The ratchets I will rebuild and we will sell as refurbished. I asked how? She said I'll soak them in oil, take them apart, usually dirt and rust inside, replace parts if needed, then we either exchange them or sell them as refurbished. Here is a little girl refurbishing tools, WOW! 2 thumbs up, a girl, young kid, fixing tools and not shipping jobs to china.
