OT:what should I call it?

I plan to build a couple of sturdy post supported hose reels and am looking for a source of some kind of hardware that would allow the reel to turn while hooked to the hydrant. Haven't been successful so far on my searches. Leo

I use old case style hydraulic couplers.
Got a bucket full from when we converted everything.
They last a long time on the pressure washer reel.
