SC CASE Problem SOLVED!

As posted earlier I'd resigned myself to the SC being lazy, but okay. I put the hood on and took it for a ride. There's a fair hill on road just westbof me. Tractor made it about half way up & I had to shift down.

No good. While driving the mile home I got to wondering about valve adjustment. Took valve cover off & found four bent push rods and other loose valves. Fixed things up and walaa....heaps of throttle response/horsepower.

Feeling a little silly it took me this long to figure it out, especially when one of you kind folks suggested this problem several days back. Like they say, as a mechanic, assume nothing. Now to put the hood on again.

Thanks to all,
Slow Learning Glenn.......
