Trying to help my dad figure out what could be the problem, I'll try to explain the best I can from his description... He took apart something that is hooked up from one side of the pump to the other side... thought he had put it all back together but when he has it running and releases the trigger it builds up pressure and wants to stall the motor... any ideas?
