I'm trying to identify this tool found at a garage sale in a box of other tools. Mainly just curiosity, I can't figure it out except for a guess as bottle opener! haha
The jaws are spring loaded so that they adapt to different sizes, but they also flex in a way that stops you from putting TOO much pressure on whatever it grips.

No markings on the tool itself. It came in the box in the photo.
