massey ferguson model # 258 tiller

Sure would appreciate any info. on this tiller,such as, when were they made? how many were made? I bought one recently, it is a walk behind tiller with a kawasaki engine, 3ft tilling width with a handle that swivels to either side. sure would like to find another one, even if it is just for parts. thanks

You should post a picture of that tiller. I never saw one in this area that wide that's a walk behind. I've always had Troy Bilt tillers over the last 30 years. Hal

YEAH, I WOULD LIKE TO POST A PICTURE OF THAT TILLER, BUT FIRST I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW THE HECK TO DO IT. I HAVE UPLOADED PICTURES ON E-BAY, BUT I AM NOT SURE HOW TO GO ABOUT IT HERE YET. WHEN I GET SOME TIME I AM GOING TO FIGURE IT OUT. THANKS

i happen to have a perfect condition MF 258 kawasaki engine i ran across when i purchased a go cart with a huge pile of extra parts and was going to use the eng until i was told what it was off of and if anyone is in need of this engine it ios in GREAT outer appearance condition aswell as running flawlessly. you can contact me at 715 297 3971 i will ship it anywhere and photos available upon request (it is 100% complete even the oil bath filter and even has original paint on it and in great condition for its age
