Well more like the powerplant and winch, but it was a cool old setup. Looks like a 4 cylinder that has been on the job for quite a while. Could not get any closer.

I have seen guys bring one of those rigs into a mall and pound a pipe into the ground for hydraulic elevator shafts. Old tools that still do jobs today.
 
Don't know what part of the country this picture is from, but a local foundry (Stroudsburg Engine Works) used to build winches just like those for shrimping boats. The foundry is or was next door to the old Worthington Mower Company.
 
This was on the Occoquan river in Virginia. Using it to build boat slips for the condos, Big sign saying "only one left" has been there for over a year. They are just shy of 1 million each. Again I say this is as close as I can get to that!
