Did any one get through?

Yesterday I received an e mail from Bass Pro Shop. They had 22 lr ammo on sale for $3.99 a box. Yesterday only. When ever I tried all I got was You aren't the only one wanting this offer. Never could get through. Don't know if they actually had the ammo to sell or if it was just a come on. Did anyone get through to buy some?

Got the email but I didn't call.Farm and Home up here in Alton had LR's from Mexico and CCI magnums last week.Gander Mountain down in Fenton had CCI LR's early this month.

Is there also a "shortage" of the .22 Magnums? I'm set to inherit a .22 Magnum rifle at some point in the future.

yes & prices are thru the roof compared to the old days. Asking $35/box for the best self defense loads in local classified ad papers.
