not sure if the 2004 jeeps have those screws (often 2 philips head). They should be obvious.
If it does - I HIGHLY recommend purchasing an impact screw drive if you don't already own one.
The kind you hit with a hammer.
If it doesn't use those screws, it's likely just rusted in place.
get a good 3 to 5 pound hammer and smack the rotor off from the back if you can get around the shield.
It'll come off with some convincing. They can get very stuck.
