Got a 580B backhoe that has set for a year and the glicern has settled out of the fuel and plugged the tank. How can I suck out the tank? I don't want to take it off.

Go to Harbor Freight.. Yes , I actually said that name......They sell a small 12 volt water pump that will suck the tank dry.. Sometimes they're called a bilge pump.. Hook up garden hose sections to it.. Please prime it as it will burn up the impeller if not primed.. I've got a Teel pump that I've had for over thirty years and it's pumped everything from muddy water to hydraulic oil in the wintertime.. I think I'd try the pump , then steam clean the tank and suck it out again..
