I had to get a tank of oxygen this morning so I could use the rosebud.
While I was at the welding store I asked for a new 25' whip for my torch.
I've had the old one since 1977 and it was cracked pretty bad.
Told him I'd like a USA made one if he had it.
Didn't ask the price, just put my check card on the counter and he ran it through.
Afterwards I looked at the receipt.
$22 plus tax.
Not bad.

Good for you!!---and this country!
I ALWAYS look or ask for American Made.
Sad thing is, I have bought foreign made items from a vendor and later discovered they had American made for THE SAME PRICE!!
Guess why the sold the foreign made over the American made, Could it be more PROFIT!!

I wonder if it's really made in the US or if it's packaged in the US and marked like that? I recall seeing Dunham boots being made in Korea and the guys sewing the MADE IN THE USA label on right there. Always made me suspicious after that. I did a quick google search but nothing came up for where Anchor Brand hose is made.

DH used to work for a compuker company, and said that they would get a shipment of components in from a foreign source and then proceed to place " made in USA " stickers on them during the assembly process.
