I ordered one of there carports 2 months ago. they have scheldualed to set it up 4 times now .each time they canceled.they call me on the day they are sopposed to come.the first excuse was the weather.it was sunny and 65 degrees that day.second 2 times they were behind scheldual .the 4th time the truck broke down.ive burned a week of my vacation time from work because of these clowns.i might not get re embersed for my lost time, but I will see to it they don't sell another one in the area.this most be a fly by night company.this is my 5th day of waiting by the phone.im just o ------, that when they get her I want to tell them to load it up,and take it back to carolinia. sorry to rant .

Gotta love those contractors that call the same day and cancel. Been there - done that with several, and like you I have burned many vacation days sitting waiting only to have them not show. Last one I recall was when I had a contractor install my outdoor wood furnace (big mistake). Like you I scheduled a day of vacation, and about 1 PM I called him asking where he was. "Oh, I should have called, I am not going to make it today". Day two....finally shows about noon, and could not finish in one day, so there goes a third vacation day. I guess he expected me to leave the house open so they could come and go as they please - not going to happen especially considering the looks of the guy he brought along to help. Afterward I found out what type of shoddy workmanship he did and how he botched my ductwork on my furnace and he gets no referrals when I am asked about my furnace. He was supposed to have returned in the spring to re-do, but no surprise I had to pay someone else to fix the sheet metal ducting he ruined.

on't know how many locations they have, but here in North Central/east Texas, they have a big mfg operation with aeveral acres under roof. I do know that they use a bunch of independent contractors to install. No excuse, after all they hire the contractors.

I am sure you put down a deposit... Ask the seller for it back...
I sell carports and never guarantee when they will be installed I have seen it run as much as 4 weeks... WHY they need at least 4 sales in the area to make it worth there wild to send a crew out to install them... I understand were you are at and would have no problem giving your deposit back...
