We have a fairly new gas grill at the cabin and it's not working right, acts like a regulator restriction. It seems that someone on here had a solution for that problem, but I can't find it. Anyone remember what the fix was? Thanks!

Pull it apart and clean out the spider nest

f grill has the newer female connector instead of the older male type at tank connection, then it has all the safety back flow, excess flow, etc. crap & it can effectively kill your flow in some instances such as having grill valves already ON when you open the tank valve, or too rapid opening of tank valve.

I had the same problem caused by having burner valve open before opening the tank valve. Just remove coupling from the tank and make sure all burner valves are OFF and re-couple to tank--turn on tank valve and you should be good to go unless you have a spider problem as Kevin said.
