Neiko tools

Looking at a Neiko 3/4 extendable ratchet on ebay anyone buy a Neiko product.. it says made in the U.S.A. on the ad,but internet says different..

I have never heard of them before. I figure in these motorcycle parts catalogs I read if it's made in USA there is an American flag or they are bragging about Made in USA in the ad . If not I can pretty safely assume it is imported . I do see Neiko has a fantastic 30 day warrantee on their tools so what could be better than that . Besides anything. Also nobody on eBay will lie .Well maybe a few guys. [Sorry for the stupid sarcasm.]

The company name is neiko tools usa, but they are made in china. A deliberate attempt to mislead.

I bought a Neiko 3/4" drive 40" long breaker bar off ebay for around $40. Believe it's made in Taiwan.

I had bought a craftsman 3/4 socket set that didn't come with a breaker bar. Couldn't see buying the craftsman one as it was shorter than the ratchet so I figured I'd gamble on this one.

I had about 12 feet of pipe on it trying to loosen up the bolt holding the piston one one of my Backhoe cylinders. It flexed but didn't bend or break. The pipe did though.

I can't say all their tools are that good, but I am more than pleased with this one. That 40" bar is pretty nice. Usually no need to put a pipe on it.

I'm not a real advocate of extendable tools, especially 3/4" drive.. I've got 2- 3/4" breaker bars [ 1- 18" and 1- 48"].. The Neiko tools I've bought are Ok , not exceptional.. I guess for the price , not a bad tool.. I recently bought Neiko drill bits of Ebay , not impressed....
