I'll start a new thread on this.

This is the one I put together out of stuff I had in the shop. Tank from a portable compressor that went kaput, only had to buy a few fittings.

Haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Been mounting tires for more years than I care to remember . Every once in awhile get one that bead won"t seat. Of course my tire machine don"t have a fancy air blaster to help seat the bead so I need to use a cheeta or ether .

Let us know if it works. From the ones I have seen I think you might be a little disappointed. They generally have about a two inch discharge port. If you are using the original small outlet on the tank, I doubt you will get enough of a volume of air to do the job. Be curious to know if it will work.

Yea, let us know if it works well. The well tank
I have only has a 3/4 or 1" pipe thread so If it"s to small then I will scrap the project.

It has been said the 1 inch size valve will only do a wheelbarrow tire. I guess I need to stop doing my 24.5 truck tires with it. Mine was made same size as we used in the school bus shop, which was shop built too. 2 inch would be nice, but cost way more. I can usually get them in one shot if the wheel is lined up correct, with the 1 inch ball valve.

I don't have an immediate use for it now. I put it together because I had a new set of tires to mount on my wife's Chrysler T&C. I did a set of new tires on another T&C a coupla years ago and had one hell of a time getting them to inflate.

These fit tight enough they inflated with no assistance, so I didn't need the gadget.
