I did hear something about them going overseas or whatever, I have not even looked up the name since, or a very long time, even before I wrote this.
Well it says they were bought out, made overseas, according to the 2nd article, right on the 100 year anniversary. [b:cc2f4c50f0]Schrade steel was a great knife blade[/b:cc2f4c50f0], who knows what you get now, or if they honor any warranty.
