I"m working on an old engine driven welder with an Onan 2cyl engine. The welder mod.#is DC225/3-AS,The engine mod#isCCKS/7971,3000 watt 110v ac output,225a 25 arc vdc.I"m trying to find out what year it was built. HELP!?

I own one of those things. I can only give you a ball park as for year. I was told from the guy I got mine form is that he got it new in 1974. If all is right on them they start easy but still that pull start is getting to be way to much for me
