If it wern't for feral hogs we could afford more tractors. I don't know how to post links so you can search "dehogaflier". Maybe somone will link it if they believe it to be tractor related.
Pretty interesting if you are a techie and/or in to wild hogs.

There is a supposed to be a legal bait become available in 2015. There may be a long waiting list to get it.

They are a huge problem in Tx. Population is now somewhere around 5 million. They cause over 50 mil in pasture and crop damage every year.

They are in every state in the US and are in Canada, too.

I doubt these are within the average individual's budget for personal use but it might catch on for co-op use. Where there is an orginized effort involving hunters on several farms spread over thousands of acres,I figure one of these could keep them busy and a large number of hogs killed in a single day. Acording to professional hunters and land owners I have talked with, hogs relocate when harassed so folks in adjoining areas might be upset.

Problem here in Michigan too. Next county over. Not seen any here yet - only a matter of time. Michigan allows any with any valid hunting license and any concealed weapons licensee to take feral hogs anytime.

In Michigan a land owner is NOT required to hold a small game license to hunt small game on his/her own land. Is this also true for feral hogs?
