Looking for a 27 hp Kohler engine that has output shafts on both sides. Any leads would be very appreciated!!

The flywheel side shaft is a bolt on item. Available from Kohler to add to your engine.

I should explain a little better. I've located a zero turn that has a bad engine but price is very cheap. Current owner says cylinders are too bad to rebuild. So if I understand you correctly, basically any 27hp kohler horizontal shaft will work and I could bolt on other side?? I realize I'm kind of putting the cart in front of the horse, but wanted to make sure I'm not buying something that is an odd ball set up. Thank you for your input and would welcome more!

Can you not put a sleeve in the cylinders and bore to std. size.

Have a 25 hp from a Husky zero turn. Was smoking a little and replaced with a 27 hp. Will part with it for a reasonable sum.e-maile me
