Has anyone any experience or comments about the John Deere 550 s4 xuv? i'm trying to decide if the 825i s4 is worth all that extra money.

well that depends. Putting 4 people in the 550 and going for a ride around the farm... fine. Going offroad... not so fine
Its all in what you plan to do with it.

Well it depends on what you call riding. If it is in and out the drive way an across the yard then the JD 550 would do fine. IF it is really going to be used and pulled I would go to the JD 825. They are built much heavier.
