i have a drill doctor 750x. can i sharpen it on
this or will it cause drill to wear out ? if no how
does one sharpen titanium bits ?

The wheel on the Drill Doctor is diamone coated. That said the coating on those bits is extreemly thin so it won't effect anything regardless of what kind of wheel you use to sharpen it, be it the Drill Doctor, or a regular wheel on your bench grinder.

You'll be fine. The coating will grind off and to be honest, I doubt you'll notice any difference in the performace of the drill bit after you sharpen it.

Go for it, you won't hurt anything. Most of the bits with some sort of miracle coating on them the coating is so thin it's not going to make a difference.
