brand new pressure washer

Hey guys....I just bought a new Brute pressure washer with a 160cc Honda engine. I know, I kind of laughed too...why a Briggs and Straton product with Honda motor?....any ways. I go to start it for the 1st time and it seems as if it is getting too much gas. It has a manual choke and "automatic" or fixed throttle. There was a moment when it seemed like it was going to run-I had the gas turned off and the wand open but I couldn't get it to run that way again. HELP?!?!? What am I doing wrong?

I wouldn't mess with it. Just take it back to where you got it.

If you work on it yourself, you could void the warranty.
