This is a picture of the roof hook ladder in action.

We have fall arrest gear for working near the edges.

Nice ! Looks like the roof deck is worse than the shingles, and you have some young helpers !

Is the scaffold tied back to the building ?

Hey Billy.

Yes I put some steel braces tying the scaffold to the concrete foundation.

Yep got some real good helpers and the deck needs lots of help. some of the boards are one inch thick by 24 wide!
