Cincinnati drill press parts

Anybody know if parts are still available for large Cincinnati radial drill presses? I worked at a place that had one 25 or so years ago, boy would this drill press turn out the work.
They are pretty cheap on fleabay, probably cheaper at auctions.
It would take a big forklift and a truck with a lowboy to move one.

Cincinnati Bickford Super Service Radial? I worked in a shop that had one. It had quick change tooling and everything was powered. They are excellent drills but I don't think they have been made for 3 or 4 decades. A lot of places that rebuilt machine tools make the parts they need. Be best to have a machine shop supply/rebuilder check it out before purchasing.

Not aware of a place that specializes in those parts. Your best bet would be to search used machine tool dealers in your area. As Stick Welding said the great majority of parts are either made on site or adapted. Unfortunate truth is you really shouldn't put a lot into one as complete and usable units dont bring much either, at least around these parts.

Dangerous machine to move.. If you find one, be SURE arm is lowered and LOCKED, before moving. Strap/Chain arm to be sure it cannot swing. Been lots of bad accidents moving radial drills.

i have a cincinnati radial drill i picked up about 10 years ago. got quite a few bits and accessories with it. works great. someday i'll get concrete poured in the shed and get er bolted down. it is heavy!!!

I think I've seen them moved with a strap holding the arm to the base and lifted by the arm close to the column with a heavy lifting strap. There's some huge radial drills out there.
