Someone was complaining that he was making money off his videos and they appear to have been banned. I don't know if Lanse was banned as well or not. He might just have had enough of the BS.

He made money off his video's on Youtube, but he posted some here for free to his friends here. Nothing wrong with that to my notion.

If you enter into agreement with Google (who owns youtube) they will pay you so much per view of your video. It has to do with advertising, not charging people to see the video. So I don't see how they could ban his videos here without banning all video here.

He handled constructive criticism fine. I think he finally got tired of certain people intentionally trying to knock him or anything he posted. There's a big difference! I think a lot of people were also jealous of him because he was given equipment to try out and that's why they figured he was making all this money off his video's. I wish I could get free stuff to use too but give full kudo's to Lanse for actually making it happen. He was trying to help people and if he is gone, it's because of some of the people on this forum.
