Lawn mower valve troubles

I have a Huskee brand 54" twin cylinder that wasn't running right.
started tinkering and found it had bent push rods on one cylinder.
Couldn't figure out why. Well looked and here the valve runs inside
a tube that I am guessing is supposed to be the valve guide and
not move. Well it is getting pushed back out after some run time.
We mow about 2 acres and we need the tractor. Can valves be
bought for these? Its a Briggs and Stratton engine. I don't know
what else to do and dont wanna buy a replacement engine. It runs
great other then the valve

I have a simplicity that has a briggs vangard v twin. One rocker arm bent. I went to get parts and they wanted to sell me a new head as the head on mine had been redesigned and parts were not available. I wound up getting used ones at a repair shop. Depending on the model, parts either are or aren't available. The only way to know is to try and buy them.
