Was for me, anyway.... Picked up a DeWalt DW090 Builders Level for $35 this morning. It"s a manual leveling type like I learned on 40 years ago - means there"s less to go wrong!
Before I called the guy I checked. Looks like the going price on that level runs from $99 to $150.
The guy used to have a tool repair business. He quit and is cleaning out the building. I tried to find something else I could use but there wasn"t much left.
No tripod (yet) but level looks good, clean and in the case. Case hasn"t been abused, either.
