The HF mini belt sander, that uses a 4" grinder, as a motor. Epoxy fried on my front rim reholing project, saw the box sitting there, said, WTF, I'll give this thing a whirl. Belt is about 5/8" wide, with about 4" or so of flat area. It tapered down the epoxy nicely, and even ground down some rust, in the 1-1/2" drop center pocket of the rim. I think I paid about $30 for it, and I now think it is worth it!

I got the air one from HF. It was the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought. I could not keep the sanding belt on. Took it back and got my money back.

I had no problems with the belt staying on. Even after I tore a half width section, half the length of the belt off, it still tracked true. Put a second belt on it, and adjusted the screw, and it was staying on great.
