Did you try Walmart on-line? We bought a DVR that way, you can order and pick up at the store.
We bought an AOC 32" on-line from Amazon. At the time it was the best price and AOC has a good reputation for quality computer monitors. I understand they are a big deal in Europe, more than here. We have the same issue, 32" is about the biggest we can fit in a cabinet and momma says it has to be able to be hidden, so no giant screens in the living room. For the man-cave it would be OK (if I only had one). |

| I got my first one from Amazon.com. They shipped free and the fellows that delivered it took the old one out of the cabinet (very heavy) and put the new one in and plugged it in to verify it worked. They also cleaned up after themselves. Second one from Walmart.com also delivered free, but just to my door. They didn't set it up. First one was a Samsung LCD, second a Panasonic Plasma. Very satisfied with both. |

| You made a good choice by getting a samsung. We have had one for over 5 years now, and the picture is still excellent. Their service is great. A little over 3 years, we had trouble with the main control board. (Took it a while for the picture to come in) I called tech support, they came out and changed out the mother board in about ten minutes, free of charge, even though the warranty expired at 3 years. He said the company was doing this because they knew of the minor problem. |

| | I think you'll find that all the retailers will only provide a 30 day in=store warranty. After that, you deal with the maker. so, I just buy price and brand. selling dealer makes no difference to me. |
