Any one have any good advice for putting fiber optic sights on my Taurus 709 slim? I have read good things about the ATS (advantage tactical sight) and that they are good but I don't wanna spend $80 and not like it. Any suggestions???? Thanks |

| Not familiar with the ATS brand. I have the afore mentioned Williams fire sights on a couple rifles and I just bought a Ruger Single Six that had them mounted already - they are great. |

| Existing sights aren"t too bad. We have Williams Firesights on a Ruger and Springfield, like them. Williams doesn"t list for the 709. But yeah, fiber optics are a nice upgrade. As aconcealed carry, I don"t know if I"d bite for the extra cash. Don"t expect to be shooting it much. By the way, if you relaod, make sure you set the primers very firmly. Learned this from the PT 911. |
