The one thing that will upset me fast is when you have some one who says they will be out on such and such day and you wait and wait for them and they never show up. Or the person who calls and says they will be here at 1pm and they do not show up till 4pm. That is one if not the most irritating thing I know of

| I have customers to this day. That are amazed by me showing up on time. Or before I am supposed to. Told one guy.If I say 10:00 I will be there at Ten not 10:01

| Yep if I say I will be there at such and such a time you can bet I will be there 10 minutes or more before I say I will. If I tell a person I will be there on such and such a day I will be there and if something comes up that I have to be late or not show up I will call and explain what has happened so that person can do something else
